Handweaving

I am a formally trained handweaver (Handarbetes Vänner 2016-2017) and the proud owner of an Ulla Cyrus "Öxabäck" floor loom from AK:s Snickeri. My work focuses on highly technical shafts weaving, for example echo weaves and block damask. The handweaving business is currently on hiatus but you can find some pretty pictures on the dedicated website.

Dyeing (no, it is not spelled dying)

While hand-dyeing yarn for production weaving is rarely cost-effective, it is something I am very, very good at. I have extensive practice getting the exact color I want and reproducing it as needed.

Some of the many samples I dyed for future reference.

Glassblowing

I spent the 2022-2023 school year in Paris at the Lycée Dorian following an accelerated scientific glassblowing program. This makes me little more than a beginning lampworker, but you have to start somewhere!

Other things

Those are the craft skills I am formally trained in, but I have also done:

What this all adds up to is: if you need to hire someone for a few hours to help you make your game's crafting system more believable, I can probably help.
